What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
How long does shipping take?
We typically ship orders within 1–3 business days. After your order is processed, delivery time depends on your location:
- 7–14 business days
- 14–31 business days
Please note: weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed, modifications may not be possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also use our Track Your Order page to check your shipping status at any time.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Why hasn't my tracking information been updated?
It can take 2–4 business days for tracking information to update after your package is shipped. If it's been longer, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Customers are typically responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
